Illinois NEA Directors

Your Illinois NEA Directors attend the NEA Board of Directors meeting three times each year in Washington, D.C., and at the annual NEA Representative Assembly. Additional electronic meetings are held as needed.

Directors also participate in other NEA conferences and events. They serve on the IEA Board of Directors.

Your NEA Directors are available to visit Regions and Locals and join you for other association events.

Gladys Marquez is an non-voting official observer to the NEA Board representing the Hispanic Caucus.

Eric Brown is a member of the NEA Executive Committee
